Exhibition News needed a conference setup capable of supporting a full day of keynote presentations, workshops and roundtable discussions for 120 senior sales leaders.
The brief called for a reliable audio system covering both formal presentations and interactive discussion, a lectern for keynote speakers, and dual screens large enough to keep content visible throughout the room.
With a day built around peer learning and close discussion as much as presentation, the production needed to support both formats equally well, without either feeling like the secondary consideration.
