Life at Lexa
Trusted Crew Only
At Lexa, we believe great events are delivered by great teams. Technical ability matters, but attitude, professionalism and reliability matter just as much.
Whether you're a full-time employee, freelancer, production manager, technician or warehouse assistant, the expectations remain the same. We take pride in our work, our appearance, our communication and the way we represent both ourselves and our clients.
Our industry can be demanding, but we believe it should also be collaborative, supportive and enjoyable. We work hard, support one another and share a commitment to delivering exceptional events without ego or drama.

LEXA delivers immaculate, full-service AV and event production. That standard is only possible because of the people behind it — engineers, producers and technicians who treat every show as if it were their own.

Become Part Of The Lexa Freelancer Network
Freelancers are an essential part of the Lexa team. From production managers and audio engineers to lighting technicians, video specialists and event crew, we work with a trusted network of professionals who help us deliver events across the UK and internationally.
When freelancers work with Lexa, they're representing our business and our clients. That's why we look for more than technical competence. We look for people who are professional, reliable, approachable and enjoyable to work alongside.
The best freelancers don't just operate equipment. They communicate clearly, arrive prepared, take ownership of their responsibilities and contribute positively to the wider team. They understand that every interaction with a client, venue or colleague reflects on the event as a whole.
We're particularly interested in people who take pride in their appearance, care about presentation standards, remain calm under pressure and approach every project with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Before joining our freelancer network, we ask all prospective freelancers to complete a short application form. This allows both parties to determine whether there could be a good fit and helps us understand your experience, availability and areas of expertise.
Following an initial review, suitable applicants may be invited to complete a second-stage onboarding process and freelancer agreement before being added to our approved supplier network.
If you share our values, care deeply about delivering exceptional events and enjoy working with great people, we'd love to hear from you.
