LEXA delivers corporate event production for organisations across the East Midlands, working in the city centre and Lace Market on everything from a small boardroom briefing to a full scale conference or product launch. The scale changes, the standard of technical precision and creative thought behind it doesn't.
Creating exceptional corporate events across Nottingham through creative thinking and technical precision.
./ Trusted by leading organisations, agencies & venues
With life sciences and financial services both firmly rooted in Nottingham, corporate audiences here expect a genuinely high standard of event production, whatever the format or scale.
Why It Matters
Behind every Company is a Story
./ 01
Every Nottingham project starts the same way: understanding the brief, the audience, and what success actually looks like for this specific event.
./ 02
The audio, lighting, staging and content plan are all designed around the specific venue and audience, wherever in Nottingham the event is being held.
./ 03
Access, loading and timing plans are agreed against each Nottingham venue's own restrictions well before the event date, not on the day itself.
./ 04
On site in Nottingham, our crew manages the event from build through to breakdown, with one point of contact throughout the day.
