YPO Global | Fireside Chat with The Bryan Brothers

40 guests

Full AV and event production for YPO Global's VIP fireside chat and dinner with tennis legends The Bryan Brothers at The Riverside Rooms, County Hall, London, featuring staging, lighting, audio, branding and red carpet design.

Introduction

Step 1

Brief

YPO Global and Dream Set Go needed a setting that reflected the prestige of Wimbledon week while staying relaxed enough for an informal Q&A followed by dinner.

That meant discreet, high quality audio for the interview and speeches, warm and flattering lighting that created atmosphere without ever feeling heavy handed, and a branded stage and backdrop built to photograph and film well.

The production also needed to shift tone across the evening, from an intimate fireside conversation through to dinner and finally a DJ set, all handled by the same technical setup and the same team, from setup through to derig.

01

Audio Production

The fireside chat and speeches were carried on an Allen & Heath SQ5 console with Sennheiser EW D wireless microphones, running through an L-Acoustics system of SB15m and A10w loudspeakers with X8 delay fills on round base stands, powered by two LA4X amplifiers, giving even, detailed coverage across the room for both the conversation and the DJ set that followed.

02

Event Lighting Design

Portman P1 and Robe 150 fixtures lit the stage, supported by warm uplighting across the room and a soft face wash over the interview area. Programmed on an Avolites T3, the lighting shifted gradually from an intimate discussion mode into a more dynamic setting once the DJ set began.

03

Branded Backdrop & Staging

A custom printed tennis themed backdrop featuring The Bryan Brothers and event branding gave the stage a professional focal point, built on a 4 by 3 metre stretch fabric frame system with side masking for a seamless finish. The stage itself was built from four 2 by 1 metre platforms, carpeted in black and finished with black fascia boards.

The Result

The Parliament Room at The Riverside Rooms was transformed into an intimate, polished space that balanced discussion, dinner and entertainment in equal measure.

Subtle lighting, clean audio and elegant scenic elements gave the evening an atmosphere that felt genuinely luxurious without ever feeling stiff or overdone.

Both YPO Global and Dream Set Go were delighted with the outcome, with particular praise for the smooth setup and professional execution throughout the evening.

Dream Set Go’s Shivi Mishra later described the execution as seamless, with special praise for the stage, lighting transitions and audio quality, and for the calm, detail focused delivery behind the scenes.
