INTRODUCTION
Operated by BH Live and overlooking seven miles of coastline, Bournemouth International Centre is the South Coast’s largest conference venue, its Windsor Hall offering 2,025 square metres of floor space and capacity for up to 4,000 theatre style, with high-spec sound and lighting systems and purpose-built exhibition facilities already installed. The adjoining Solent, Tregonwell and Purbeck Halls provide further capacity for up to 1,500, 1,100 and 250 delegates respectively.
A coastal conference centre with this much existing high-spec technical infrastructure gives production a genuine head start. Lexa’s approach at Bournemouth International Centre would work with the Windsor Hall’s existing sound and lighting systems, building sound, lighting and staging suited to conferences, exhibitions and political party conferences.
Events here range from national conferences and exhibitions to concerts, banquets and product launches.
