Esri UK needed a corporate party that created genuine atmosphere from arrival through to the end of the night, hosted inside SEA LIFE London Aquarium for around 300 guests.
The brief covered a full DJ booth, lighting design and audio system, alongside a dedicated dance floor, live performers and a caricaturist to keep guests engaged throughout the evening.
Working alongside Merlin Entertainments and Seasoned Events, the production needed to complement the aquarium’s own distinctive setting rather than compete with it.

Esri UK’s corporate party brought around 300 guests together for an evening built entirely around atmosphere, from neon lit arrival through to a packed dance floor under the shark tank.
Full production across lighting, audio and entertainment gave the night a genuinely distinctive feel that a standard venue couldn’t have offered.
Live performers and a caricaturist kept guests engaged throughout the evening, adding variety alongside the DJ set and dance floor.
Delivered alongside Merlin Entertainments and Seasoned Events, the evening reflected Lexa’s ongoing relationship with SEA LIFE London Aquarium as an exclusive AV partner.
