Wyvern Cargo needed its 50th anniversary properly marked, a party and awards evening for 150 guests inside The Tank Museum, a venue built around genuine armoured vehicles rather than a conventional event space.
The brief called for full staging, lighting, screens and set design, alongside production support for a live Showband performance as the evening’s centrepiece entertainment.
An awards segment recognising long serving staff needed to run smoothly alongside the celebration, with correct music and cues for every winner announced on the night.
The unusual venue also called for lighting design that worked with the museum’s own exhibits rather than around them, making the most of a genuinely distinctive setting.

Wyvern Cargo’s 50th anniversary evening ran seamlessly for 150 guests inside one of the more distinctive venues on the circuit.
Staging, lighting, screens and set design gave the evening a set that, in the organiser’s own words, looked fantastic throughout.
An unexpected change in the awards running order was caught and corrected instantly, with the right music playing for every winner without the room ever noticing anything had shifted.
