Freelance Audio Engineers & Technicians

We are looking for experienced freelance audio engineers and technicians to support LEXA productions ranging from conferences and awards ceremonies to gala dinners, exhibitions and brand experiences. Opportunities may include system preparation, installation, operation and show delivery, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, install, test and operate professional audio systems for live events.

• Mix speech, playback, panels, live entertainment or show content where required.

• Work confidently with digital consoles, radio microphones, loudspeaker systems, networking and show communications.

• Follow system designs, patch information, schedules and production documentation accurately.

• Work closely with project managers, other technical departments, venues and clients on site.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cable management, equipment care and venue protection.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong professional experience in live events, corporate events or a closely related production environment.

• Excellent timekeeping, communication and teamwork.

• A calm, practical approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Professional conduct when representing LEXA in front of clients, venues and other suppliers.

• The right to work in the UK and flexibility to travel or work evenings and weekends when required.

• Relevant manufacturer training, Dante knowledge or industry certifications are advantageous.
