Freelance Video Engineers & Technicians

We are looking for experienced freelance video engineers and technicians to support corporate event productions across the UK and internationally. Projects may involve projection, LED, display systems, presentation switching, playback, signal distribution, recording and streaming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, install, configure, test and operate professional video systems.

• Manage presentation switching, playback, scaling, signal conversion and distribution.

• Support LED displays, projection systems, confidence monitors and show relay feeds as required.

• Check content formats, resolutions, aspect ratios and backup arrangements before show delivery.

• Follow system schematics, patch information and production documentation accurately.

• Work closely with camera, audio, lighting and production teams to deliver a seamless show.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong professional experience in live events, corporate events or a closely related production environment.

• Excellent timekeeping, communication and teamwork.

• A calm, practical approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Professional conduct when representing LEXA in front of clients, venues and other suppliers.

• The right to work in the UK and flexibility to travel or work evenings and weekends when required.

• Experience with professional switching, playback, projection, LED processing, networking or streaming systems is advantageous.
